Tyler J. Chasez, Esq., brings a deep commitment to fairness, experience across multiple areas of law, and a calm, solution-focused presence to every mediation session.

Originally from Maryland, Tyler relocated to Florida in 2000 to attend Rollins College, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, where he served as president of the Delta Theta Phi legal fraternity, studied entertainment law internationally, and actively participated in legislative advocacy with Women Against Gun Violence. During law school, he also clerked at several personal injury and general practice law firms in Beverly Hills, California.

After law school, Tyler returned to Florida to be closer to family and began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney in the 18th Judicial Circuit, covering Brevard and Seminole counties. There, he gained extensive courtroom and trial experience. He later transitioned into private practice, representing clients across Central Florida in state, federal, and appellate courts. His areas of practice included insurance claims, complex business litigation, family law, probate, appellate matters, and general civil disputes.

In 2025, Tyler founded Reaching Resolution Mediation to provide a trusted, neutral space for individuals and families to resolve their legal disputes with dignity and efficiency. Drawing on more than a decade of diverse legal experience, Tyler helps parties reach practical, lasting agreements without the time, cost, and emotional toll of court battles. When he's not helping clients find clarity and closure, Tyler enjoys spending time with his family, staying active in the local community, and watching college and professional football.
